The operation and flash unit serves as the operation interface for equipment operation, and the PLC automatically scans the current situation of each input and output point in a cyclic manner, accepts operating instructions from the operator, and indicates the operation status of the equipment; Check the position of the material bag, tray, and pallets, as well as the operation of each unit, and update the output point based on the logical relationship determined by the program. Control the start and stop of the motor and the action of the cylinder by turning on and off the AC contactor and reversing solenoid valve, and then complete the control of the entire stacking process.
