1. Maintain lubrication between the inner and outer chains of the chain, and add HJ20-HJ40 mechanical pump. When there is shaking phenomenon when the membrane frame moves up and down, it can be eliminated by tensioning the chain.

When the rotary table slows down or slips, open the motor cover of the rotary table, loosen the four connecting bolts on the deceleration installation plate, and then evenly adjust the two tensioning bolts clockwise to achieve the required tension, and tighten the four connecting bolts. The machine should adjust the chain tension after continuous use for 10-15 days.

3. The lifting, chassis, and diaphragm drive are variable speeds achieved through worm gear and worm speed regulators. During use, please follow the following requirements.

1) The gearbox adopts immersion lubrication, and the immersion depth is the full tooth height of the worm under or on the side of the worm gear; Above is 1/3 of the outer diameter of the worm;

2) If there is an oil mirror, it is 1/2 of the oil mirror. Center distance a=63mm, it is recommended to add 400ml;

3) 200 # synthetic worm oil is used for storage (with a kinematic viscosity of 320 at 40 ° C);

4) After 7-14 days of operation, it is necessary to replace the oil with a new one, and every year thereafter;

5) Low freezing point lubricating oil should be used when the ambient temperature is between -40 ° C and 40 ° C and below 0 ° C.

6) The gear reducer adopts grease lubrication, and there is no need to replace the grease during use, or it can be replaced according to the actual situation.

4. The goods must not exceed the agreed packaging height, otherwise it will affect the packaging effect.

5. When placing the packaging of goods, it should be handled as smoothly and gently as possible to avoid deformation of the chassis or shortening the service life of the components.

6. The goods should be placed within the range of the turntable. If the goods are too large and exceed the limit, they should be operated within 100mm or according to the actual space of the machine, otherwise the machine may be damaged.

7. The electrical cabinet should be closed, and electrical components and connections should be cleaned and inspected regularly to ensure normal use of the equipment.
