How to troubleshoot the sealing machine?

Troubleshooting the sealing machine

1. The nail clamping action of the sealing machine is too slow or the nail clamping stroke is insufficient: the bolt is loose, and the front buckle or inner plate of the board machine is worn. At this point, the bolts can be tightened, paying attention to the correct position of the front buckle shaft. You can also replace the front buckle or the internal part of the board machine. After completing the above actions, test its function. If the travel is too short, fine tune the front buckle shaft upwards. If the action is slow, fine tune the front buckle shaft downwards;

2. Leakage at the piston rod of the sealing machine: The bottom ring of the main body is damaged. At this point, the ring should be replaced.

3. Air leakage at the exhaust port of the case sealer: the on-off valve ring or switch seat ring is damaged or the piston ring is damaged. Replace the ring.

4. Air leakage at the trigger of the sealing machine: the on/off valve ring or switch seat ring is damaged. Replace the ring.

5. The transmission ring of the sealing machine is loose and cannot be positioned: the plastic steel strip and transmission spring are not elastic. Remove the board machine assembly and reinstall the spring tip or replace the plastic steel strip and transmission spring
