Product Description:

High level stacker is suitable for tin cans/PET/glass bottles, etc.

The main transmission and lifting chain are RS80 double row high-strength chains.

The stacking conveyor line is an RS60 double row high-strength chain, with variable frequency speed regulation for conveying speed. The stacking position can store more than 2 stacks of products.

The door panels on both sides of the unloading position of the main machine are automatically adjusted when entering the stack.

It is required to automatically suction and discharge the collection partition during unloading, and the cardboard clamping mechanism needs to be adjusted to clamp the unloading bottle layer by layer to prevent tank tipping.

The empty pallet is automatically collected, and the lifting drive is a reducer with a brake motor, ensuring smooth lifting motion.

The main electrical components are Mitsubishi PLC, Schneider touch screen, Danfoss frequency converter, Optoelectronics (Schneider), and Schneider low-voltage electrical equipment.

The entire machine is controlled by PLC linkage, automatically in position, positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and discharge of partitions, automatic unloading of tanks, and automatic collection of empty pallets. It is required to be easy to operate and able to quickly handle abnormal problems.
